This article is about Libya wanting to cause more trouble between North Africa and themselves. They started to get out of control with their weapons. This led them to Mali, Sinai, and even out to the Lebanese coast.
I think it is a bad idea. Why would a country want to start revolting with neighbor countries? I think this will just start to get Libya into trouble, and this could turn bad against them in the end.

It is sort of like the domino effect in Africa right now. One country decides to do something and the rest of them are realizing that they can too. Kind of like when a trend comes back in style...if the cool kid wears it then so can everyone else. Good first post, Jordan. Try writing a little more next time:)
